About the artwork
The abstract painting “Growth Phase” in portrait format is painted with highly pigmented acrylic paint. The painting combines lightness with a simultaneous dynamic through the gestural play of black and gray lines. I chose the title “Growth Phase” because the picture develops upwards and the colors are reminiscent of spring.
The abstract painting is framed in a white-painted wooden shadow gap frame that a carpenter made especially for this picture. The picture can be hung directly on the wall using two screws / dowels.
