About the artwork
This abstract work is an informal painting in mixed media, made with textural and different materials, such as ash, rust and pigments applied very watery in many layers on top of each other. This creates a very tactile surface. The painting is part of the “green bearer of hope series”, title “Bearer of hope no 11”, because the color green has a calming effect and stands for hope.
The painting is framed in a black metal frame. The painting can be easily hung on the wall with two screws / dowels.
