About the artwork
The abstract painting “Sun-kissed” is an almost monochromatic painting with highly pigmented acrylic colors, where I focused exclusively on a yellow tone and this was then mixed with white, black and neon pink paint, as well as dark magenta. This makes the colors appear very harmonious. The yellow literally shines out of the painting. Every now and then a hint of neon pink peeks through. The artwork is given particular tension by the gestural drawings in gray and the dark shimmering background. This creates a strong, yet reserved contrast. Because of the yellow color, you immediately associate “sun” when you look at it.
The abstract painting is framed in a white wooden shadow gap frame and can be hung directly on the wall using two screws.
