About the artwork
The small collage “Easy No. 3” in portrait format is made from Chinese paper on wood. I first colored the paper myself and chose shades of orange, white and eggplant. After drying, I tear the paperfragments that I like into pieces. Then I arrange them on the canvas and create a new composition. In the work Easy No. 3, the entire composition is built up on one piece of paper (in contrast to the other collages).
The painting is the first one from the “Easy” series in a small format, is framed in white and can easily be hung on the wall or on a nail using two dowels/screws.
