About the work
This work is a collage of fine china papers that have been colored in blue, pink and gray tones. Brownish wrapping paper was also used as an exciting counterpart to the very fine Chinese paper. The papers are glued on top of each other in layers, creating an unbelievable depth of the image. For the background of the picture, the artist used pigments that were superimposed on one another and gave the picture a very matt finish
Give optics. The pink areas in the painting add freshness to the whole composition. The picture is very stimulating to the imagination. The collage includes a wooden floater frame that the artist has painted white.
